The CULP has 9 members in its executives committee who are responsible to take policy decisions by majority. Apart from it, a working group of 3 members has been fully empowered to take quick decisions when the need arises.

Executive Committee
Chairperson
  • Dr. M. S. Rathore : A Senior Fellow, working with Institute of Development Studies, Jaipur (An ICSSR undertaking), eminent agriculture economist and expert of watershed development.

Vice Chairperson
  • Dr. Rakesh Srivastava : Dr. Srivastava is an ethno botanist, currently working as assistant in Government Postgraduate College, Dausa (Rajasthan). He is an expert on issue related to biodiversity conservation in sacred groves and pasture development;

Member Secretary
  • Dr. Om Prakash Kulhari : Dr. Kulhari has worked for last 16 years with SANDHAN, a leading organization in the field of education and development He has been associated with several NGOs engaged in community based watershed development and management of nature resources programmes. He has expertise in propagating innovative practices in science education through formal and non –formal means.

Treasurer
  • Sh. Sudhir Upadhyay : Mr. Upadhyay has worked for 7 years in this field of education with SANDHAN and with other organizations. He is a research scholar with prime interest in action researches especially in education and environmental issues;

Senir Fellow
  • Dr. Lalit Kishore : Dr. Kishore is an eminent educationist who has worked on various educational projects and has been the Assistant Commissioner with the Central School organization and Ex- Director Lok Jumbish project. He has been the receipt of Common Wealth Award for Science teaching for 1989 and 2002.

Apart from these office bearers, other members who have been associated with CULP are well placed and efficient in their areas of works. There is an advisory board consisting of 15 members who have expertise in different sectors of the development. In addition to this, there are 40 staff members of various subjects fully engaged in promoting CULP activities in the field.
