Human beings, cutting across social strata, have innate potential for learning and knowledge acquisition. Access to proper environment and opportunities lead to unfolding of learning potential as well as acceleration in the pace of learning. CULP has a deep conviction that human beings have an
innate potential for learning and the underprivileged are no exception to it. The membership of CULP is open to any one who is interested in human development, equity and
assisting the poor. CULP focuses on plurality of views, decentralization and autonomy, environmental and social contribution and recognizes that education needs to be based on social context. The following objectives are deeply embedded in the vision and mission of CULP.
